		<description>From my grandpa, catfish stew.  From my childhood, carrot raisin salad.  The dish we eat most because Matt loves it so much, spicy shrimp and grits.  

Also, my favorite actual piece in my kitchen is my sweet tea container.  It was made my pyrex and  looks very retro and nice (plus appeals to my inner nerd because it kind of looks like a giant beaker).</description>
